Viticulture and Winemaking
Both grape varieties are carefully vinified. Under the intense Spanish sun, Tempranillo reveals enchanting floral and fruity notes, while Garnacha contributes a rich, full body. The process includes a cold soak of more than 7 hours and a fermentation period lasting up to 5 days, with the head winemaker personally blending the final proportions.
