Wine Details

  • Region: Northern Rhône, France

  • Vintage: 2022

  • Varietal: 100% Viognier

Viticulture & Winemaking

  • Terroir: Chalky clay and sandy soils

  • Climate: Continental with a Mediterranean influence

  • Winemaking: To prevent oxidation, the grapes are gently crushed upon arrival at the winery and then fermented in tanks at 18–20°C. Approximately 20% of the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation.

  • Aging: The wine is aged on its refined lees in stainless steel tanks to preserve its fresh fruit character.

Tasting Notes

In the glass, it displays a bright, pale yellow hue with a slight green tint. The nose reveals delicate white floral aromas—including hints of hawthorn and jasmine—alongside fresh yellow fruit scents such as peach and apricot, typical of Viognier. On the palate, rich floral notes and vibrant yellow fruits (reminiscent of passion fruit and dried apricot) combine to create a refreshing and dynamic wine. This is an ideal aperitif that pairs beautifully with seafood, fish, grilled white meats, sushi, or fresh goat cheese.
